What to Expect From a Session
This is a heart-pumping, adrenaline-stoking workout that will leave you better, faster and stronger. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or have been boxing for your whole life- you will find something special in a BEATBOX session.
Preparing For Class
We recommend arriving up to 15 minutes before class to begin preparing. Check in, prepare your wraps, and find your station.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable working out in- avoid sharp rings and jewelry. Wear sneakers & don't forget to bring some good vibes!
Wraps and gloves are available to rent from reception.

The overall benefits of boxing are lengthy (if you don't believe us- Google it!) But we can promise that you will improve your hand-eye coordination, blast calories, lean out or gain muscle, and relieve stress.

We have high quality equipment. The Aqua Bag is the newest technology in punching bags. It is a tear drop shaped, water filled bag. They allow you to throw your hardest punch without as much stress to the joints as a traditional bag.
