What can you expect from BEATBOX?
Part of your BEATBOX experience will involve bench work. We'll use dumbbells and body weight movements to increase your overall strength and mobility.

In it for the fitness? Boxing uses a power-to-weight ratio that produces lean muscle and improves overall body composition. Keep coming to class and you'll see the results.
With both Ladies only and Mixed classes on the schedule- you can pick your preference. Then soak up the energy of the group during class. It's both an individual journey and a team effort.

Giannis Bolanos A man of many talents, hailing from the country that gave us democracy - this Greek warrior boasts more than 15 years in martial arts, 8 years kung fu, 8 years in kick boxing ,and 4 years as a crossfit competitor in the elite category and has also participated in 3 Greek national competitions in weightlifting. Not only did Giannis study Sports Science, and has his level 3 in Personal Training, he was also the Co-founder and owner of Ghetto Crossfit gym from 2013 – 2017 which won first place in Greece at a national competition as a gym. He also obtained his category 2 coaching license from Hellenic Department and federation of weightlifting and has been a trainer and working as a coach at weightlifting, guiding clients through nutrition and personal training since 2006. Giannis has more than 40 fights at kick boxing, competing in many competitions in Europe for crossfit, finishing 5 th at the 2015 Greek throwdown, and 5 th at the 2017 5th at Roman throwdown, proving that he can bring his personal touch, expertise, experience, knowledge and passion to any client that has the opportunity to train with him. His passion transcends to his clients and keeps them coming back to enhance their power and agility, not only physically but more importantly, mentally.
Born and bred in the city of Gold, Johannesburg, South Africa, Alexandria is a qualified Zumba, Group Fitness and Mat Pilates Instructor. More commonly known as Lexie, she also has vast experience in Muay Thai and Kickboxing and had been running her own successful Fitness Studio that focused on health and wellness for ladies from the shores of Cape Town before joining the team at OX Fitness. Lexie’s passion for all things dance (Hip Hop, Zumba), boxing and fitness stems from her early day’s training with various expert trainers and mentors, one being the renowned trainer Kru Kay Anthony Jardim (South Africa’s first MMA Heavyweight Champion in 2000). Her passion and excitement correlates into her fun, vibey, high octane workouts and classes. Lexie is experienced in working with all age groups, regardless of gender or body type, ensuring their goals are reached through an impactful and enjoyable experience on various platforms.
PHILIPPINES / QATAR
A fitness fab that who is born and raised in Doha, Qatar. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management in the Philippines. Aside from her fitness passion, she was also once a part-time talent at a Philippine TV network show but later refused in pursuing the contact so she decided to go back to Doha to reactivate her inner fire for fitness and boxing. Kristine is a travel enthusiast and has always been in love with beaches and outdoor sceneries.
Roufaida was born in Germany and is of a Tunisian background. Her passion for the healthy and fit lifestyle is something she’s keen to spread around. She has been a Personal Trainer for the past 5 years and has been training Ladies all around Doha. Boxing & High Intensity are her favorite Workouts. Her goal is to make her clients believe in themselves and believe that they can achieve any goal they set.
