        PUNCH ONE: JAB

        The Setup.

         

        This is the punch that charges and sets up all your other punches. Find your bounce, and measure your distance. It's a quick snap-crackle-POP.

         

        Extend your dominant fist straight, rotating your hip into your extension, allowing the power to resonate from the hip rotation and core. Recoil lightning fast to protect your million dollar face.

        PUNCH TWO: CROSS

        The Powerhouse.

         

        This punch will bring your back fist into a straight, hard-hitting extension shot.

         

        Rotate not only your hips, engaging your core, but also your fist. After delivering an earth shattering blow, recoil lightning fast.

        PUNCHES THREE AND FOUR: FRONT & BACK HOOKS

        The Stealth Twins.

         

        Known as the gorilla of all the punches. You never see these twins coming.

         

        Hold your elbows up high at 90 degrees. Drive through with a hooking motion, like you are about to embrace your opponent in the most deadly embrace. A kiss of death, if you will. Throw the 'embrace' and then recoil!

        PUNCHES FIVE AND SIX: FRONT & BACK UPPERCUTS

        Potency.

         

        Uppercuts involve transferring your weight to your inner leg of your stance to deliver the blow.

         

        Driving in an upward motion and using the rotation of your hips- engage your core to release a potent bout of energy. Always use your legs and hips to maximize your power. You know the drill- recoil lightning fast and protect your face!

        THE BOX

        Floor work.

         

        You'll start your class at either a bag or a bench and rotate throughout. Using dumbbells and body weight- we'll make the most of resistance and gravity.

         

        As we take to the floor, we'll run you through squats, presses, deadlifts, crunches, and toe and shoulder taps. It's intense. It's functional. It's invigorating.
